The Bryce design is a contemporary wood front door that has horizontally arranged wooden planks with metal accent strips & built-in metal hardware. The metal accents break up the wood planks. The design of this plank exterior door utilizes metal as an aesthetic component as opposed to merely a structural aid. Horizontal wood planks and metal divisions guide the eye across the door. For this contemporary wood front door, we used teak wood which contains flowing ribbons of browns, reds, and yellows. The flowing grain of this wood is beautiful and tastefully introduces curved organic lines into predominantly linear modern homes. The Bryce design makes for a breathtaking entrance door that incorporates wood and metal.

This contemporary wood front door also features built-in metal pulls that blend in with the door-length vertical metal strip. Our narrow backset deadbolt is included with all Modern Steel Doors. The faceplate and collars are finished to match your pivot front door. This modern door lock has a heavy-duty laminated throw with an integrated anti sawing pin. Send in your key and the door will ship keyed to match it.

We use a quality Baldwin deadbolt when a conventional deadbolt is desired. The deadbolt has square shaped faceplates and is available in satin black to match the powder coated finish or in satin nickel to match the brushed stainless steel pulls.
