Modern Steel Doors products are quoted based on door design, dimensions, specifications, and desired lead time.
A 50% deposit is required to initiate an order. After the deposit is received, samples and specification sheets will be issued.

Returns & Refunds
All products manufactured by Modern Steel Doors are custom made specifically for the client. The deposit is not refundable after the contract has been signed. The balance is due prior to shipping and is not refundable. The reversal of credit card charge(s) is not permitted without written authorization from Modern Steel Doors or Rustic Elegance. All rights to reverse credit charges are forfeited. Returns or abandonment of orders are not accepted. Once the contract has been signed, the purchaser is responsible for the remaining balance.
No refunds will be issued for products damaged during shipping. Claims for damages incurred during shipping must be made with the carrier. A plan of resolution will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
